Works with copper, aluminum, and iron tube. Tube diameters from 4mm to 8mm. Programmable bending angles from 0° to 225°, programmable feed steps with 0,1mm accuracy. Possibility of using straightening only. Exceptional performances from 200 to 600 coils per hour. Various solutions for motorized or pneumatic reels. Up to 15 tubes at a time with automatic coil extraction. Only one operator required. Orbital cutting with rotating blades, minimum tube deformation, tolerances and speed ensured by brushless motors, measurement with encoder, programmable and storable coils.
