Tunnel-shaped foaming jig for large units and cabinets

RomeoTun consists in a main tunnel-shaped structure made of electro-welded steel and a double trolley running on rail. The walls have an automatic locking mechanism fitted with a timed opening system, the contact surfaces are made of aluminum and heated through embedded copper piping. Moreover, the easy-to-use control panel allows to change the walls width. The foaming plugs are made according to costumer’s needs and are versionable, expanding and with interchangeable segments. They are mounted onto the trolleys, that rise inside the tunnel through a hydraulic system.
